Daghan is a photographer, creative director and athlete specializing in sports and adventure photography.
Born and raised in Istanbul, he has called New York City home since 2003.
His love for visual arts and problem solving led him to complete degrees in Industrial & Interaction Design and Communication Photography. Since graduation, he has worked for some of the most sought-after names in publishing and branding in New York. Today,
His passion for photography began at age 16, shooting skateboarders on his 35mm with a 15mm fisheye lens and quickly expanded to other subjects as his love for athletics and travel grew. He is a storyteller and has a finely tuned journalistic approach, which comes from years of experience in art direction and graphic layouts.
He studied and competed in taekwondo and raced motorcycles in his mid-twenties until he found cycling. Currently, he is a Cat 2 racer who loves going offroad whenever possible.
